I booked the trip through Devanshu, who promised a smooth and well-organized experience. However, once the payment was made, things quickly went downhill.

They outsourced our entire package to another online platform without informing us.
There was zero support from Devanshu or the agency throughout the trip. We were left on our own to handle issues as they came up.
We were overcharged at multiple points and misled about what was included in the package.
The cab driver assigned to us constantly made excuses to avoid going to places mentioned in our itinerary — just to save his own time and fuel. This completely ruined the sightseeing experience.
Overall, the trip was far more expensive than what it was worth, with very poor coordination and service.
The lack of transparency and customer care from Global Royal Holidays made what should’ve been a memorable trip extremely stressful and disappointing.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this agency and find a more reliable and honest travel operator.
