Booking Policies

30% Advance for booking Confirmation 30% Ten Days Prior of Your Travel.

40% On arrival at Haridwar 1st day of your travel.


If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reason including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance and the amount is non- refundable. The company has been granted complete authority right to change the package costing due to increment in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.


Due to enforcing circumstances such as heavy snow fall / land slide /any kind of act of God our company (Global Royal Holidays) will not be responsible for any kind of extra services. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage / Traffic Jams , political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot). Heater Charges Extra if required.


All extra Services which is not mentioned in Inclusions will extra chargeable


Cancellation policy applicable on total package cost

  1. Minimum 2000/- Per person Charged once booking confirmed.
  2. Within 30-20 Days 40%
  3. Within 20-10 Days 50%
  4. within 10-7 Days 75%
  5. within 7 Days 100% Cancellation.
  6. If Booking Is Postpone And Prepone 7 Days Before Of The Travel Date. Then 2500 (Per Person) Service Charges Applicable On the Same


Due to pandemic Covid – 19 if there is lockdown by the respective government, in that case company will provide credit note to the guests for received amount and booking will open for next available dates after lockdown.
